The 2024 OBHG AGM Week is happening in downtown Ottawa at the Andaz hotel and conference centre.

Andaz in Ottawa's Byward Market is a 2-minute walk from Byward Market Square and 5 minutes by foot from University of Ottawa. This 4-star hotel is 0.4 mi (0.7 km) from Shaw Centre and 0.6 mi (0.9 km) from National Gallery of Canada.

For your comfort and ease of participation, we are pleased to invite those who were unable to book accomodations before July 7 to stay at the nearby Courtyard Marriott right across the street from the Andaz venue.

RPPEO is hosting the Annual Meeting of OBHG on Monday and Tuesday, September 23 and 24, and the OBHG24 invitational Professional Development Event from the evening of Tuesday the 24th until noon on Thurday, September 26 - all at Andaz.

A note for working group participants:

Working group meetings on Tuesday will be offsite at the RPPEO offices.

There are 2 working groups meeting on Tuesday, September 25:

  1. 2025 Themed Education (CME)
  2. Scenario Working group

For those participating in working group meetings, you'll need to make your way to the RPPEO offices at 2475 Don Reid Dr. in time for your scheduled meeting start. Plan for a 20-25 minute drive.
