EMS Specialist
Join a team that works hand‑in‑hand with paramedic services, medical directors, educators, and analysts to strengthen patient safety and quality of care across Eastern Ontario. As an EMS Specialist, you’ll coordinate initiatives that advance RPPEO’s Just Culture and continuous improvement, always in collaboration with our partners.
What you’ll do
- Support regional QPS committees and collaborative projects with paramedic services and healthcare partners.
- Facilitate education on quality improvement methods and share insights that help teams make care safer.
- Monitor and report quality indicators to inform joint decision‑making and system‑level improvements.
What you’ll bring
- Paramedic/health sciences background, experience in healthcare and QI, strong communication and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
