The Regional Paramedic Program for Eastern Ontario (RPPEO) is currently seeking outstanding Primary and Advanced Care Paramedics to join our team as an Education Facilitator.

As an Education Facilitator, you’ll play a vital role in shaping the future of paramedicine. You will lead Continuing Medical Education (CME) events and conduct Entry to Practice Certification evaluations. This is your chance to inspire, teach, and contribute to excellence in patient care across Eastern Ontario.

Position Summary

  • Facilitate educational sessions for paramedics.

  • Assess paramedic performance and certification readiness.

  • Contribute to curriculum development and provide feedback on education matters.

Required Qualifications

  • Certified paramedic through RPPEO with 3–5 years of experience.

  • Excellent interpersonal, critical thinking, and conflict resolution skills.

  • Ability to communicate clearly and work collaboratively.

  • Comfortable traveling throughout Eastern Ontario.

  • Experience in adult education (preferred).
