TRAINING NEEDS ASSESSMENT QUESTIONNAIRE

To best prepare your return to clinical practice (RTCP) education package, we are asking paramedics to please complete the following training needs assessment questionnaire. The questionnaire lists 28 paramedic competencies. For each competency, we would ask that you answer the following two questions on a 7 point scale. It takes approximately 15 minutes to complete.

Once you have completed, click on submit. The results of this questionnaire will only be seen by our RTCP education coordinator for the purpose of tailoring the education to fit your specific needs.
