Do patients still qualify for CPAP if the treatment on scene brings their SpO2 >90?

Question:

If the patient meets CPAP with SpO2 < 90 but after O2 and Salbutamol Treatment SpO2 > 90 by the time the crew gets to the back of the truck (ie: some improvement), do they still qualify for CPAP (no other parameters have changed)?

Answer:

Yes, if they are still in distress and meet the CPAP Medical Directive conditions.
