Our Culture of Patient Safety looks at the reasons why things go wrong without blaming individuals. Our teams work collaboratively to identify patient safety and quality issues among the nine Eastern Ontario ambulance services and more than 1300 paramedics. We implement quality improvement strategies and educational programs that make care safer and better.
At the RPPEO, we support continuous learning. Our staff are encouraged to pursue courses and classes that help them grow. One of us is always bringing that enthusiasm that comes from learning something new back to the office.
With offices in Kingston and Ottawa, we offer our staff flexibility of location. We have fulltime and part time positions as well as many casual or contract opportunities for instructors and chart auditors.
