Plan to gather with your colleagues from around the province for an informal and fun time on the town. More details about the networking event will be made available when the full OBHG24 Program is released later this summer. It's going to be a good time and we hope to see you there!

OBHG24 15th Anniversary Breakfast

Start the day nourishing yourself as we celebrate 15 years in the making of OBHG! All OBHG24 delegates are invited to join in on this complimentary, mouth-watering celebratory breakfast to get started on a day of learning and sharing. Please indicate on your registration if you wish to join us for this breakfast and whether you have any special dietary requirements.

OBHG24 Opening Ceremony & Morning Program

Find a table with some new colleagues you haven't met yet and be part of a special spectacle as we open OBHG24 ceremonially. Then, engage with special speakers and activities that will give a boost to your day - and to your professional development.

OBHG24 Lunch

Enjoy a celebratory lunch with colleagues at the Andaz. This lunch is provided complimentary to invited guests. Please indicate on your registration which meals you will have and any dietary needs.

OBHG24 Afternoon Program

Presentations, speakers and activities are planned to stimulate and educate you throughout this afternoon.

OBHG24 Reception

OBHG24 and Annual Meeting guests are invited to enjoy the cocktail hour at the Andaz as we gather to celebrate and congratulate base hospital staff in an OBHG tradition: the evening Awards Ceremony. Start your evening off with a beverage from the cash bar and a few nibbles before dinner.

OBHG24 Awards Dinner

You are cordially invited to a beautiful celebratory evening dinner recognizing the service of the people who do the work of the base hospital. Along with dinner, base hospital host RPPEO will present long-service awards to base hospital staff.

The dress code is "Black Tie Optional."

Breakfast & BHEx

We hope each of you will join us for a hot, complimentary breakfast and BHEx the Base Hospital Exchange event! During this morning of sharing what makes our base hospitals special, staff will have an unparalleled chance to learn about the work that base hospitals are engaged in around the province. You don't want to miss this wrap-up event where your hospital will share the accomplishments and programming that you're most proud about and engage with others' innovations, projects, successes, failures, and programming that makes us all shine brighter.

OBHG24 Closes

That's it! All OBHG24 activities conclude by noon, so you can enjoy a little more of Ottawa or pack your bags for the trip home on Thursday afternoon.
